Ahhh 2018!! What a crazy and beautiful year. And also my most challenging if I’m being honest! We really worked on nailing the whole work life / self care / personal life balance and I can’t say we nailed it yet but we’re going into 2019 farther ahead than we’ve ever been.

2018 brought us juggling childcare for our new baby and toddler, me pumping at weddings in my car between locations – this was hard! Wedding days don’t stop for me to take a break and risk missing something important. I was lucky if I got 20 minutes total the entire day at most of my weddings. Then finding time whenever I could to edit the photos and working very late nights at my desk to meet my deadlines! But my kids are like sunbeams in our home and I honestly think my mad love for them and Ryan got us through the non-stop craze. It wasn’t always a glamorous home front but we were, are, happy. I love my family, I love what I do and I love my couples so much too. Their stories are so precious and I hope you enjoy this glimpse into my year! So much joy in these images and that is 100% the way it should be!!
