DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

YES. Take me with you and I will make it worth your while.

HOW FAR OUT DO WE NEED TO BOOK?

If I have the spot open, it’s yours! Typically weddings are booked anywhere from a few months out to a year and a half. On average, my couples are hiring me one year in advance – especially for dates between May – October.

CHOOSING A WEDDING DATE…?

I totally get it’s difficult to coordinate a venue and photographer. Sometimes couples contact me after their date and venue is booked and sometimes while they’re in the process of deciding between a few dates. If you go the second route, I can let you know which one(s) of your choices I’m available for. I’d love to chat more with you after your date has been decided if I’m free!

HOW DO WE BOOK A WEDDING DATE?

Dates are first come, first serve. I take a retainer payment and a signed contract to call it booked. Unfortunately I cannot hold a wedding date without those two things!

UMMM, I’M LIKE SO BAD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA…

Do not fret. I think most people who see my images think, “oh my word, everyone she shoots is a pro!” Which is sometimes true. I have cool clients. But mostly this is due to being really comfortable with me while we’re shooting. I talk a ton; I tell you what I want and I won’t leave you hanging. I promise you won’t even worry about it five minutes into your engagement session. I’ll get you moving, talking and laughing. I want people to be themselves at a shoot and have a good time.

DO YOU BLOG EVERYTHING YOU SHOOT?

No, I don’t blog every single wedding or other thing I shoot because I simply don’t have enough time to do that. I shoot a lot more than I blog! My website is intended to give you a good idea of my style and instagram shows an overview of what I’m up to if you want to follow along. @arianatennyson.

OTHER THAN WEDDINGS, WHAT ELSE DO YOU SHOOT?

** In an effort to better manage my workload in summer of 2019 till late fall of 2020, I will not be taking shoots other than my weddings and the engagements that go with those weddings! And of course the other shoots that have already been booked with me. I wish I could do it all and saying no is hard! Thanks for your understanding.

DO YOU HAVE A SECOND SHOOTER?

Typically no. But if you want one, you got it. It’s a package add-on. I shoot 90% of my weddings solo and feel totally confident doing so, however, there are some weddings with so much going on that sometimes it helps to have two bodies on the day. I’ll always give you my honest opinion after hearing about your day plans if I think it would be a benefit to you.

DO YOU HAVE BACKUP GEAR?

Yep.

WILL YOU HELP US OUT IF WE HAVE QUESTIONS?

Yes. I don’t expect you to know everything. I also think it’s the responsibility of a good photographer to help out and educate. I’ll help you plan your day schedule, I’ll send you PDFs and stuff to think about and I’ll be there all along the way. This is a super important part of the process.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?

This really depends on the time of year. Between 4-8 weeks usually.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Wedding photos are delivered on a USB. Engagement sessions and other shoots are through an online gallery so you can download them as soon as I’m finished working, because sometimes being patient is the worst.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?

I have a guideline to price a wedding that I think is fair. Every wedding includes an engagement session for us to get to know each other and all of your high resolution edited digital images. Get in touch with me and I’d be happy to send you more information!

Most other shoots range from 250-300.

THIS ALL SOUNDS GOOD. NOW WHAT?

Start by sending me a message with all the details! I’ll send you an email back. If you’d like to chat further we’ll keep our conversation going. When you’re ready to book, I take a signed contract and retainer payment to secure a wedding date.
